2 bedroom house, 2 story home On the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed w/ attached bath w/ jacuzzi tub & shower, & one bedroom (loft) w/ with three double beds sharing master bath or 1st floor full bath, full kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and VCR. Outdoor grill and picnic area. The Carriage House is part of Eider Duck Cottages. There are other rental cottages on the same property. Eider Duck Cottages is located 1 1/2 miles from the salt water beach and the town of Chatham.

Off Season:	$550 - $750 per week, depending on the week (family of 4)
